All instructions assume a drivers seat vantage point. Caution is advised when removing and reassembling
wood or plastic parts of a dash. Applying unnecessary force or pressure may cause a piece to crack or break.
Dash Trim Removal Tool, 5/64” drill bit and drill

Step One: Begin by inserting the dash trim removal
tool in the lower left hand corner of the dash bezel
containing the radio and climate control, right below
the air vent, directly to the left of the radio. Begin
working the dash trim removal tool in a counter
clockwise movement around the dash bezel, releasing
ten (10) clips. Once the clips have been released,
remove the wiring harnesses connecting the bezel and
carefully set the bezel aside.
Step Two: Place the VSM flush up against the side
wall of the dash, as shown in picture #2. Once the
VSM is flush, mark the pilot holes with a marking pen
and set aside the VSM. Next, using a 5/64” drill bit,
carefully drill pilot holes in the areas you have
marked and be careful not to drill too deep.
Step Three: Place the VSM flush over the pilot holes
and screw the VSM into the dash wall with the screws
provided.
Step Four: Put the dash back together again in
reverse order, making sure to carefully replace all of
the wiring back in original order. This completes the
installation of your Pro.Fit VSM G3.
