Your Pro-Ject Audio record player has been factory fitted with a properly adjusted pickup cartridge.
All instructions
in the user manual which refer to the filling and adjustment of a pickup cartridge therefore
apply only to the removal
of the supplied cartridge and the subsequent filling of a new cartridge.
The required downforce to be adjusted
for the cartridge fitted (shown in bold) is given in the technical
specifications.
