2.Removeall4nuts(4)fromallcasters(8).
3.Laytooltray(5)ontolowerbaseframe(6).Aligntooltray
(5)andlowerbaseframeattachmentholes.Fromunder
thebaseframe,insertacaster(8)stemthrougheachsetof
alignedholes,andsecurewithanut(4).
4.Use2M6bolts(3)toattachpad(1)toupperbaseframe(2).
