1. WARRANTY: Subject to the limitations expressed herein, Seller warrants to the original Buyer that parts of products

manufactured by Seller (“Products”) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship during the original installation from

the date of sale for the duration set forth in the below table (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is void for (a) improper storage,

use or installation, (b) accident, damage, abuse or misuse, or (c) acts of God. This warranty does not apply to damage caused

by (a) exposure to chemicals or minerals, (e) use of abrasive cleaners, or (f) use of in-tank cleaners.

Seller warrants the products manufactured after August 1st 2018 comply with the warranty below:

2. REMEDIES: If during the Warranty Period, Seller’s inspection of Products conrms that any part is defective in materials

or workmanship, Seller shall, at its option, repair, replace or refund the defective part. Seller makes NO ADDITIONAL

ALLOWANCE FOR THE LABOR OR EXPENSE OF DE-INSTALLATION, RE-INSTALLATION OR TRANSPORTATION COST

INCIDENTAL TO REPAIRING OR REPLACING THE DEFECTIVE PART OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM SAME. SELLER

HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL

IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND

COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL BUILDING CODES. Seller may assist Buyer in selection decisions by providing information

regarding Products. However, Buyer acknowledges that Buyer ultimately chooses the product’s suitability for Buyer’s use.

Any recommendation made by Seller concerning the use, design, application or operation of the Products shall not be

construed as representations or warranties, expressed or implied. Failure by Seller to make recommendations or give

advice to Buyer shall not impose any liability upon Seller.

3. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES: Buyer must provide proof of purchase - save sales receipt. Buyer must make claim within the

Warranty Period outlined above.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The warranty provided above is strictly limited to its terms and is in lieu of all other warranties

expressed, implied and statutory. Buyer expressly agrees that the sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty shall be

the remedies set forth above. BUYER FURTHER SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT, SELLER DISCLAIMS

AND WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ATTRIBUTED TO

THE PRODUCT DEFECT OR THE REPAIR OR EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL

SELLER BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS.

Note: This warranty gives you specic rights. Some states provide additional rights that vary from state to state or province to

province. This warranty does not affect such statutory rights.
