If the speed or incline setting for the current seg-
ment is too high or too low, you can override the
s
etting by pressing the Speed or Incline buttons;
however, when the console compares your heart
r
ate to the current target heart rate setting, the
speed or incline of the treadmill may automatically
change.
To stop the program at any time, press the Stop
button. To restart the program, press the Start but-
ton. The walking belt will begin to move at 2 Km/H.
When the console compares your heart rate to the
current target heart rate setting, the speed or in-
cline of the treadmill may automatically change.
If the first pulse program is selected, the program
will continue until you stop it by pressing the Stop
button. If the second, third, or fourth pulse pro-
gram is selected, the program will continue until
the small arrow reaches the right end of the pro-
file. The walking belt will then slow to a stop.
Turn on the fan if desired.

When you are finished exercising, remove the
key from the console.

OW TO USE THE STEREO SOUND SYSTEM
To play music or audio books through the console’s
stereo speakers, you must connect your MP3 player,
CD player, or personal audio player to the console.

ocate the audio jack below the television on the con-
sole, and plug it into a jack on your MP3 player, CD
player, or personal audio player.
Make sure that the
audio/video cable is fully plugged in.
Next, press the Play button on your MP3 player, CD
player, or personal audio player. Then, adjust the vol-
ume on your MP3 player, CD player, or personal audio
player. You can also adjust the volume on the console
by pressing the Volume (VOL) increase and decrease
buttons.
If you are using a personal CD player and the CD
skips, set the CD player on the floor or another flat sur-
face instead of on the console.
