Battery replacement

1. Release the battery by squeezing the two safety clamps. Pull out the battery.

2. Make sure the text “This side up” on the new battery is facing upwards. Push the

battery all the way into the generator. Make sure there is a “click” sound from each

safety clamp, which indicate that the battery is properly secured.

Battery charging

The battery can be charged separately or with the battery in place in the generator. The

charging time depends on the type of charger, see section Technical data.

Charging the battery separately:

1. Connect the Profoto Charger 1A or the Profoto Charger 2A to the Battery Charge

Socket on the battery, see figure below.
