POSTUPAK
Jelo stavite u plitku ravnu posudu na sredinu
okretnog tanjura.
Kada se oglasi zvuèni signal, preokrenite jelo,
presložite ga i razdvojite. Zastrite tanke dijelove i
istaknuta vra mjesta malim komadima
aluminijske folije.
Nakon odleðivanja, zamotajte u aluminijsku foliju
na 10 - 15 min. dok se potpuno ne odledi.
Blok mljevenog mesa stavite u plitku ravnu posudu
na sredinu okretnog tanjura.
Kada se oglasi zvuèni signal, preokrenite jelo.
Uklonite odleðene dijelove ako je moguæe.
Nakon odleðivanja, zamotajte u aluminijsku
foliju, da stoji 5 - 10 min. dok se potpuno ne
odledi.
Perad stavite u plitku ravnu posudu na sredinu
okretnog tanjura.
Kada se oglasi zvuèni signal, preokrenite i zastrite
tanke dijelove i istaknuta vruæa mjesta malim
komadima aluminijske folije.
Nakon odleðivanja, isplahnite hladnom vodom,
zamotajte u aluminijsku foliju, da stoji 15 - 30
min. dok se potpuno ne odledi.
Na kraju operite perad pod tekuæom vodom.
Uklonite svu ambalu s kolaèa.
Položite izravno na okretni tanjur ili na plitki
pladanj u sredinu okretnog tanjura.
Nakon odleðivanja, izrežite kolaè na jednake
komade ostavljajuæi razmak izmeðu pojedinih
komada i pustite da stoji 15 - 30 min. dok se
ravnomjerno ne odledi.
Rasporedite po plitkoj ravnoj posudi na sredini
okretnog tanjura. Za 1,0 kg rasporedite izravno na
okretni tanjur.
Kada se oglasi zvuèni signal, preokrenite jelo,
presložite ga i uklonite odleðene ploške .
Nakon odleðivanja, zamotajte u aluminijsku
foliju, da stoji 5 - 15 min. dok se potpuno ne
odledi.
