Auto defrost Weight

Place thefoodin a an dish inthe centre of
the turntable.
Whenthe audible bell sounds, turnthe food
over, rearrangeand separate. Shieldthin
parts andwarmspotswithaluminium foil.
After desfrosting, wrap in aluminium foil for
15-45 min, until thoroughlydefrosted.
Minced meat: When the audible bell
sounds, turnthe food over. Remove the
defrosted parts if possible.
Not suitable for whole poultry.
Bread 0.1-1.0 kg (100g)
Flandish
Distribute in aflan dish in thecentre of the
turntable. For 1.0kg, distribute directly on
the turntable.
Whenthe audible bell sounds, turnover,
rearrange and remove defrosted slices.
After defrostingcoverin aluminium foil and
stand for5-15min until thoroughly
defrosted.
Enter theweight of the food only. Do not
include the weight of thecontainer.
For food weighing more or less than
weights/quantities given in theAutocookand
defrost charts, use manual operation.
The nal temperature will vary accordingto
the initial temperature. Check food ispiping
hot aftercooking.
Whenaction isrequired (e.g.to turnfood
over) theovenstopsand the audiblebell
sounds, remainingcooking time and the
indicatorwillash on the display. To continue
cooking, press the START/+30 button.
After Microwave mode the coolingfan may
comeon.
Auto defrost
Steaks and chops should be frozenin one
layer.
Minced meat should be frozen in athin
shape.
After turningover, shield the defrosted
portions with small,flat piecesof aluminium
foil.
The poultry should be processed immediately
after defrosting.
Chilled foods are cooked from 5 
o
C, frozen foods are cooked from -18 
o
C.
