CAUTION • If you solder the joints during installation of the shower faucet, the seats, cartridges, and washers ded on these parts. • Cover the tub drain to avoid losing parts. WARNING • Protect your eyes with safety glasses when cutting or soldering water supply lines. PREPARATION Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Turn off water at the supply valve at the main water supply, disconnect the supply lines, and remove old shower head and faucet body. 1 Clean and dry surface area where new shower will be mounted. 2. Drill Holes 2 Drill three 1 in. diameter holes spaced at 2 in. centers in the shower wall surround 45 in. to 48 in. above the floor line. 3.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Each handle controls the flow of either hot or cold water to the shower head. Rotating the hot side knob handle clockwise, and likewise rotating the cold side knob handle counterclockwise, opens the cartridge and causes water to flow out the center shower outlet. The degree of handle opening determines the volume of water flow. Returning the handles to their original position stops the flow of water. CARE AND MAINTENANCE Clean periodically with a soft cloth.
