The jumpstarter is equipped with an LED BATTERY STATUS meter. When the BATTERY
STATUS button is pressed the LED’s indicate the battery charge level as follows:
BATTERY STATUS LED BATTERY CAPACITY BATTERY VOLTAGE

Note: To get an accurate reading of the battery status, ensure there are no appliances
connected to the jumpstarter and the jumpstarter is not being charged.
HOW TO CHANGE INTERNAL FUSE
The jumpstarter is fitted with a mega fuse designed to protect the jumpstarter against
reverse connection, excessive current draw & short circuits. The fuse located on the left
hand side of the jumpstarter is wired to the jumpstarter, whilst the fuse positioned on
the right hand side of the unit is a spare fuse. Fuses are visible through the see through
lens on the front of the unit allowing you to easily identify if the wired fuse has blown.
To replace a blown fuse:
1. Disconnect jumpstarter leads from the vehicles battery.
2. Remove the clear see through lens on the front of unit using a phillips head screw driver.
3. Remove and refit mega fuse (Projecta P/No. HCFUSE1) using a 13mm socket.
4. Refit clear lens to front of unit.
