7.Hold the handle, the equipment begins to heat. Adjust the knob of airflow in order to set proper air volume, operate normally when temperature is stable. 8.Put the handle back on the holder after work, the SMD station switched from heating mode to cooling - off mode automatically. Basic troubleshooting guide WARNING To avoid personal injury or equipment damage, disconnect power cord before making any servicing to the equipment. Problem 1: The unit has no power / display does not light up. 1. Check if the unit is switched ON. 2. Check the fuse, replace with the same type of fuse if blown. 3. Check the power cord and make sure there is no disconnection. 4. Verify that the unit is properly connected to the power source. 5. Check if local voltage matches the product requirement.

冷卻發熱體模式，當溫度低於 100℃拆焊台進入待機狀態。 9、長期不操作，須關閉電源開關。注意︰在能完成作業的情況下，儘量使用低的溫度和大的風量，這樣有助於拆焊台發熱體的壽命及拆焊台內 IC 晶片安全。七、設置溫度 ﹡在通電狀態下，按“▲”或“▼”鍵，溫度顯示視窗會顯示設定的溫度。 ﹡按一次“▲”鍵，則設定溫度上升 1℃，顯示視窗顯示設定溫度：按一次“▼”鍵，則設定溫度下降 1℃；若按住“▲”或“▼”鍵不放，則溫度迅速上升或下降。釋放按鍵後，顯示視窗顯示設定溫度兩秒鐘後，顯示實際溫度或顯示“- - -”進入待機狀態。顯示符號說明： A. 顯示：“- - -”,表示出風口溫度低於 100℃，拆焊台進入待機狀態，手柄擱置在手柄架上。 B. 顯示“S—E”，表示開機後熱風槍尚未連接至拆焊台或熱風槍的感測器有問題，若為感測器問題則需要更換新熱風槍。八、拆焊台使用須知 1. 熱風拆焊台出風口及周邊可能有極高溫度，應小心謹慎，謹防燙傷。 2. 加熱手柄必須放置在手柄架上，決不能放置工作臺面或其他地方。 3. 請保持出風口通暢，不能有阻塞物。 4.

九、更換保險絲當有誤用的狀況而造成保險絲燒斷時，可以自行更換新的保險絲，以一字起子拆下電源座下方保險絲座後，裝上新的保險絲再裝回保險絲座即可。基本故障排除說明警告為避免使用者受傷及產品損壞，在進行檢查前請先移除插頭. 問題 1: 產品沒有電源或溫度顯示器無法顯示 1. 請檢查產品是否有打開電源。 2. 請檢查保險絲，若保險絲燒壞請更換新保險絲。 3. 請檢查電源線連接是否正常。 4. 確定產品電源線是正確的插在插座。 5. 請檢查當地電壓是否符合產品指標。問題 2: 熱風槍溫度無法上升現象：溫度顯示器有顯示溫度，但熱風槍溫度未達設定相對溫度或並未加熱.
