Access the Message Agent
The Message Agent resides on the RAID PC and
sends the monitoring data to the Message Server
and on to the Monitoring Utility.
1. In the Tree View, right-click on the Message
Agent icon and select Login from the popup
menu (right).

2. In the Message Agent login dialog box, type the Username and
Password in their respective fields.
Note
Contact your IT Administrator if you don’t know this
information.
3. Click OK to access the Message Agent.
