Delete a User 
1.  In the Tree View, right-click on the icon   
of the User you wish to delete and select 
Delete from the popup menu (right). 
2.  In the confirmation dialog box, click OK. 
Another way to delete a User: Select the 
User’s icon 
 in Tree View then click the 
Delete User button 
 in the Toolbar. 
Note 
PAM will always keep one user account with access rights, 
typically the Administrator. This action protects you from 
being locked out of the system. 
Assign User Rights 
The following Rights are available for assignment to individual Users. The 
Administrator, by default, has full Rights. For other users, check the boxes to 
enable the desired functions. See Figure 5-4 above. 
Array Administration Rights ― These allow the User to create, delete and 
maintain arrays and view array statistics. 
Adapter Maintenance Rights ― Allows the User to modify cache and 
performance parameters for the RAID Controller. 
User Account Rights ― Allows the User to modify his/her own Array 
Administration and Adapter Maintenance Rights. Also allows the User to add 
and delete other Users. 
Object Icons 
Select the Users icon   in Tree View to see a display of individual Users in 
Object View.
