Creating Disk Arrays and Logical Drives
On a newly activated RAID system, there are no disk arrays or logical drives. The
term “disk array” includes arrays composed of solid state drives.
To create your disk arrays and logical drives:
1. Click the Storage tab, then click the Wizard option.
Or, click Disk Array under System Status.
The Wizard screen appears with three creation alternatives:
• Optimal Configurations – See below
• Automatic – See page 63
• Express – See page 63
• Advanced – See page 64
2. Click one of these buttons to continue.
