Use this setting to let Promote Control automatically shift bulb ramping end delay and bulb ramping
sequence end delay when start delay is changed. See Bulb Ramping section for more information on
how this affect Bulb Ramping operation.
8.3.13 Enable Advanced Bulb ramping
Default: No
Set this setting to "Yes" to enable Advanced Bulb Ramping mode. This will allow automatic ISO ramping,
using ND filters and more in Bulb Ramping mode. See Advanced Bulb Ramping section for more
details.
8.3.14 Lowest Auto ISO for adv. bulb ramping
Default: 100
When using Advanced Bulb Ramping , you will want to change this setting to the lowest ISO supported
by your camera. Most cameras support ISO down to 100, some may go as low as 50, while others
feature the lowest ISO of 200.
Setting this value too low may lead to Promote Control being unable to continue with Advanced Bulb
Ramping. Please consult your camera manual for the lowest supported ISO setting.
8.3.15 Highest Auto ISO for adv. bulb ramping
Default: 3200
When using Advanced Bulb Ramping , you will want to change this setting to the maximum ISO you
feel comfortable using in Bulb Ramping, but not higher than a maximum ISO supported by your camera.
Most modern digital SLR cameras offer good image quality on default setting of 3200. With some
professional grade cameras this value may be increased to 6400 or even higher.
Setting this value too high may lead to Promote Control being unable to continue with Advanced Bulb
Ramping. Please consult your camera manual for the highest supported ISO setting.
8.3.16 Force ISO ramp down on short exposures
Default: No
This setting applies only to Advanced Bulb Ramping mode. If optionally set to "Yes", Promote Control
Advanced Bulb Ramping logic will check if:
1. The current ISO is higher than the Lowest Auto ISO Promote Control Setup setting, and
