Edit the Controller Tags
When you add modules to the I/O configuration, the system creates tags for
those modules to use in the application program.
For the example application, you need to add one more controller tag.
1 Double-click the C
ONTROLLER TAGS folder in the project dialog.
The action opens the C
ONTROLLER TAGS dialog box. You will see the tags
created for the ILX34-AENWG adapter and digital I/O modules.
2 Click the Edit Tags tab at the bottom of the Controller Tags dialog.
3 Create the following tag:
Tag Type
Parts_Count Counter
4 Close the Controller Tags dialog.
