POE48IDCDC PoweroverEthernetInjector,9to36VDCinputvoltage
Theradioshallbeinstalledbytrainedpersonnelonly,asoutlinedintheinstallation
instructionsprovidedwitheachradio.
Theequipmentshallbeinstalledbyaqualifiedinstaller/electri cian.The
installer/electricianisresponsibleforobtainingasecuredgroundconnectionbetween
thelugterminalonthesurgeprotectortoaverifiedcommongroundpointusi
nga
minimum6AWGgaugewire.Thismustbedonewhenattachingpowerlinestothe
radioduringinstallation.
Asolidgroundconnectionshouldbeverifiedusingameterpriortoapplyingpowerto
theradio.Failingtosecureapropergroundcouldresultinseriousinjuryordea
thasa
resultofalightningstrike.
UsingPoweroverEthernet(PoE)topowerremotedeviceshasseveraladvantages
including:

Powercanbesuppliedoverlongdistances,upto300feet.
