Terms and Conditions of the Lifetime Warranty:
When filing a claim you must choose the product you purchased. If the product you purchased is not
available (e.g. out of stock, discontinued item), a substitution will be made at ProsourceFit’s discretion for
a product with comparable performance, appearance, and value.
This Lifetime Warranty covers only manufacturing defects including any defects in materials and work-
manship. ProsourceFit has sole discretion to determine manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear,
loss, or theft is not covered under this Lifetime Warranty. This Lifetime Warranty applies to all types of
defects or failure during standard use.
This Lifetime Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the ProsourceFit product and cannot be
transferred to another owner if sold.
This Lifetime Warranty lasts for the life of your ProsourceFit product.
This Lifetime Warranty applies only to purchasers of ProsourceFit products who are residents of the United
States.
ProsourceFit reserves the right to reproduce all or any portion of any customer letter, email, photograph
and/or other communication received by ProsourceFit in connection with this Lifetime Warranty in its
advertising or promotional materials without compensation to the customer. The submission of any such
letter, email, photograph and/or other communication as part of a claim will constitute a license autho-
rizing ProsourceFit to use and reproduce all or any portion of those materials in connections with its
business.
Any missing, incomplete, or incorrect data entered by the consumer is not the responsibility of Prosource-
Fit. Please verify it is a ProsourceFit product by looking for the ProsourceFit name or logo. Non ProsourceFit
products are not covered by this Lifetime Warranty and will not be eligible for replacement.
This Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state
to state.

GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATION
The sole remedy under this Lifetime Warranty is replacement of the covered ProsourceFit product with an
identical or comparable product, at the discretion of ProsourceFit. ProsourceFit is NOT liable for any other
remedy (such as cash refund) or for any damages, whether actual, special, incidental, punitive, or conse-
quential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the ProsourceFit product. All replacements are final
and have no cash value.
Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, punitive or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
