LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty is provided by ProTeam, Inc. for its commercial Upright
Vacuums (collectively, the “Uprights”):
If you have any questions or need assistance regarding this limited warranty, please
call the ProTeam Customer Service department at [phone] during the
hours of 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
Limited Warranty
ProTeam, Inc., located at 12438 W. Bridger Street, Boise, Idaho 83713
(“ProTeam”) warrants to the original purchaser only (“you”) subject to the exclu-
sions described below, that the Upright component parts and motors listed below
and labor thereon will be free from defects in material and workmanship beginning
on the original date of purchase and continuing for the applicable period set forth
below (each a “Warranty Period”). This limited warranty terminates if the origi-
nal purchaser transfers the Upright to any other person or entity.
Parts Warranties
• Molded body parts – 3 Years
• All other component parts (excluding the motor) on all Uprights - 3 years.
Motor Warranties
• Brush roll motor – 2 years
• Vacuum motor – 3 years or 1400 hours, whichever comes first, subject to
your compliance with the following carbon brush replacement and mainte-
nance schedule. Proof of compliance may be required.
1st change – after the first 800 hours of operation
2nd change – after the next 400 hours of operation
3rd change – after the next 200 hours of operation
What is Not Covered - Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not extend to and expressly excludes:
• Normal wear and tear and/or replacement attachments or accessories,
including, without limitation, belts, brush rolls (roller only), extension cords,
hoses, filters, switches, carbon motor brushes and other attachments to the
Uprights.
• Damage or burnout of the Upright motor resulting from failure to clear a
blockage occurring during the normal course of use.
• Loss or damage to the Upright resulting from conditions beyond ProTeam’s
control including without limitation, misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, negli-
gence (other than ProTeam’s), overuse beyond intended capacity, or unau-
thorized modification or alteration.
• Loss or damage to the Upright resulting from failure to follow the required
maintenance schedule, or failure to use the Upright in accordance with
ProTeam’s written instructions, guidelines or the terms of its Owner’s
Manual.
What We Will Do to Correct Problems
If a claim made during the Warranty Period is covered under this limited warranty,
ProTeam or your local ProTeam authorized dealer will, at ProTeam’s sole option,
(a) repair the defective portion of the Upright or (b) replace the entire Upright. THE
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL
BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE UPRIGHT.
No Other Express Warranty Applies
THE LIMITED WARRANTIES PROVIDED ABOVE ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE
WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY PROTEAM TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, AND ARE
IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
WHETHER ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER OR NOT THE PURPOSE HAS BEEN DISCLOSED
AND WHETHER OR NOT THE UPRIGHT HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED OR
MANUFACTURED FOR YOUR USE OR PURPOSE. No employee, agent, dealer, or
other person is authorized to alter this limited warranty or make any other warranty
on behalf of ProTeam. The terms of this limited warranty shall not be modified by
ProTeam, the original owner, or their respective successors or assigns.

Aspiradoras de Mochila y Tipo Caja – Garantía Limitada
ProTeam, Inc., con domicilio en 12438 W. Bridger Street, Boise, Idaho 83713 (“Pro-
Team”) garantiza exclusivamente al comprador original (“usted”), sujeto a las exclusiones
abajo indicadas, que las siguientes piezas, motores y trabajos de las Aspiradoras de
Mochila y Tipo Caja, estarán libres de defectos de materiales y mano de obra a partir de
la fecha original de compra y durante el período abajo indicado (cada uno de ellos un
“Período de Garantía”). Esta garantía limitada queda sin efecto si el comprador original
transfiere la Aspiradora de Mochila o Tipo Caja a favor de otra persona o empresa.
Garantías de las Piezas
• Partes que se adaptan al cuerpo - 3 años.
• Todas las demás piezas (con exclusión del motor) de todas las aspiradora vertical
– 3 años.
Garantía del Motor
• Cepille rollo motor– 2 años
• Limpie con aspiradora Motor – 3 años o 1400 horas, lo que ocurra primero. La
garantía del motor está sujeta a que usted cumpla con el siguiente programa de
recambio y mantenimiento de los cepillos de carbono. Podría pedirse constancia
de cumplimiento.
1° cambio – después de las primeras 800 horas de funcionamiento
2° cambio – después de las siguientes 400 horas de funcionamiento
3° cambio – después de las siguientes 200 horas de funcionamiento
Lo que No está Cubierto – Exclusiones de la Garantía
Esta garantía limitada no es válida para y excluye expresamente:
• El uso y desgaste normal y/o aditamentos o accesorios de reposición que incluyen,
sin limitación, alargadores, mangueras, filtros, interruptores, cepillos de carbono
del motor y otros aditamentos de las aspiradora vertical.
• Daños o desgaste del motor de la aspiradora vertical como consecuencia de no
desbloquear una obstrucción durante el uso normal.
• Pérdida o daños a la aspiradora verticalcomo consecuencia de circunstancias fuera
del control de ProTeam que incluyen, sin limitación, mal trato, accidente, abuso,
descuido, negligencia (no de ProTeam), uso en exceso de la capacidad de diseño
o modificación o alteración no autorizada.
• Pérdida o daños a la aspiradora vertical como consecuencia de no seguir el
programa de mantenimiento obligatorio o de no usar la aspiradora vertical de
acuerdo con las instrucciones escritas de ProTeam, directrices o indicaciones de su
Manual del Propietario.
Qué Haremos para Corregir Problemas
Si algún reclamo presentado durante el Período de Garantía está cubierto por esta
garantía limitada, ProTeam o su distribuidor autorizado local de ProTeam, a exclusiva
opción de ProTeam, (a) reparará la pieza defectuosa de la aspiradora vertical o (b)
repondrá la aspiradora vertical en su totalidad. EL ÚNICO Y EXCLUSIVO RECURSO
POR VIOLACIÓN DE ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA SE LIMITARÁ A LA REPARACIÓN O
REPOSICIÓN DE LA ASPIRADORA VERTICAL.
Ausencia de Otras Garantías Expresas
LAS GARANTÍAS LIMITADAS ARRIBA INDICADAS SON LAS ÚNICAS GARANTÍAS QUE
PROTEAM EXTIENDE AL COMPRADOR ORIGINAL, Y SUSTITUYEN TODA OTRA GA-
RANTÍA, ESCRITA U ORAL, EXPRESA O TÁCITA, PREVISTA EN LAS LEYES O EMERGENTE
DE OTRAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS, QUE INCLUYEN, SIN LIMITACIÓN, GARANTÍAS DE
COMERCIABILIDAD O DE APTITUD PARA UNA DETERMINADA FINALIDAD, HAYA SIDO
O NO ESA FINALIDAD DIVULGADA Y HAYA SIDO O NO LA ASPIRADORA DE MOCHILA
O TIPO CAJA ESPECÍFICAMENTE DISEÑADA O FABRICADA PARA SU USO O FINALIDAD.
Ningún empleado, agente, distribuidor ni ninguna otra persona está autorizada a alter-
ar esta garantía limitada ni a extender ninguna otra garantía en nombre de ProTeam.

Aspirateurs dorsaux et aspirateurs-traîneaux – Garantie limitée
L’entreprise ProTeam, Inc. située au 12438 W. Bridger Street, Boise, Idaho 83713
(« ProTeam ») garantit au premier acheteur seulement (« Vous »), sous réserve des
exclusions indiquées ci-dessous, que les pièces et les moteurs et le travail effectué sur
ces derniers et indiqués ci-dessous seront exempts de défauts quant aux matériaux et
à l’exécution du travail et ce, à partir de la date d’achat originale et pendant la durée
de toutes les périodes indiquées ci-dessous (chaque période étant une « Période de
garantie »). Cette garantie limitée se termine si le premier acheteur cède l’aspirateur
dorsal ou l’aspirateur-traîneau à toute autre personne ou entité.
Garanties sur les pièces
• Pièces moulées du boîtier - 3 ans
• Tous les autres composants (à l’exclusion du moteur) de tous les verticaux – 3
ans.
Garanties sur les moteurs
• Brosser le moteur de rouleau – 2 ans
• Passer à l’aspirateur le Moteur– 3 ans ou 1400 heures, selon la première éven-
tualité. La garantie sur les moteurs s’appliquera à condition que vous vous soyez
conformé au calendrier d’entretien et de remplacement des balais de carbone.
Une preuve de conformité pourrait être exigée.
1er changement : après les 800 premières heures d’utilisation
2e changement : après les 400 heures d’utilisation suivantes
3e changement : après les 200 heures d’utilisation suivantes
Ce qui n’est pas couvert – Exclusions
Cette garantie limitée ne s’applique pas à et exclut expressément ce qui suit :
• L’usure normale et/ou les outils et accessoires de rechange, y compris, sans s’y
limiter, les cordons, tuyaux, filtres, interrupteurs, balais de moteur au carbone et
autres accessoires des verticaux.
• Les dommages ou le grillage du moteur de verticaux causés par l’omission
d’enlever un blocage s’étant produit au cours de l’utilisation normale des ap-
pareils.
• La perte de verticaux, ou les dommages résultant de conditions indépendantes
de la volonté de ProTeam, y compris, sans s’y limiter, le mauvais usage, les
accidents, un usage abusif, le manque d’entretien, la négligence (autre que
celle de ProTeam), l’utilisation au-delà de la capacité prévue, les changements et
modifications non autorisés.
• La perte de verticaux, ou les dommages résultant du défaut de se conformer au
calendrier d’entretien requis, ou du défaut d’utiliser verticaux conformément
aux instructions, lignes de conduite ou modalités écrites de ProTeam et de son
manuel du propriétaire.
Ce que nous ferons pour corriger les problèmes
Si une réclamation faite durant la période de garantie est couverte en vertu de cette
garantie limitée, ProTeam ou votre distributeur local autorisé de ProTeam, au seul choix
de ProTeam, (a) réparera la partie défectueuse de verticaux ou (b) remplacera verticaux
au complet. LE RÈGLEMENT UNIQUE ET EXCLUSIF SUITE AU BRIS DE CETTE GARAN-
TIE LIMITÉE SE LIMITERA À LA RÉPARATION OU AU REMPLACEMENT DE VERTICAUX.
Aucune autre garantie expresse ne s’applique
LES GARANTIES LIMITÉES CI-DESSUS MENTIONNÉES CONSTITUENT LES GARANTIES
EXCLUSIVES OFFERTES PAR PROTEAM AU PREMIER ACHETEUR EN LIEU ET PLACE DE
TOUTE AUTRE GARANTIE, ÉCRITE OU VERBALE, EXPRESSE OU TACITE DÉCOULANT
SOIT DE L’APPLICATION D’UNE LOI, OU D’UNE AUTRE FAÇON, Y COMPRIS, SANS
S’Y LIMITER, LES GARANTIES DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE OU DE CONVENANCE À
UN USAGE PARTICULIER, DIVULGUÉ OU NON, ET QUE L’ASPIRATEUR DORSAL OU
L’ASPIRATEUR-TRAÎNEAU AIT ÉTÉ OU NON SPÉCIFIQUEMENT CONÇU OU FABRI-
