FILTER MAINTENANCE 1. Empty and inspect the Intercept Micro Filter every time you start and finish vacuuming (Figure A). Replace if necessary. A clogged and dirty filter restricts airflow and results in reduced suction and overheating. Figure A Figure B 2. To replace the Intercept Micro Filter, slide filter into the Cloth Filter and secure into vacuum (Figure B). 3. Once a month, or as necessary, hand or machine wash the Cloth Filter and let it air dry. DO NOT put it in the dryer (Figure C). 4.
