INTRODUCTION INSPECTION Carefully unpack and inspect your new ProTeam vacuum for shipping damage. Each unit is tested and thoroughly inspected before shipping. For instructions regarding any shipping damage, contact ProTeam immediately (866.888.2168). All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This operator’s manual has important information for the use and safe operation of the vacuum cleaner detailed in this manual. Read this manual carefully before starting the machine.

If a vacuum should malfunction or stop working, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electrical current, thereby reducing the risk of electrical shock. This unit is equipped with a cord that has an equipment-grounding conductor and grounding plug.
ASSEMBLY 1. Insert the handle tube into the channel on the bag housing and press downward until it is 2-3 inches inside the channel. It will be correctly inserted when the handle bushing hole in the handle tube aligns with the nut plate hole in the bag housing. 2. Insert ratchet fastener into cord clasp opening by pushing with thumb to secure cord to handle. 3. Place carry handle over handle tube and align the hole in the carry handle with the hole in the handle tube.
BASICS 1 INDICATOR LIGHTS The panel on the front of the vacuum contains the indicators (Figure A) listed below: 2 BAG FULL (Figure A1) Indicator is lit red when Intercept Micro Filter should be changed. 3 POWER NOZZLE ON (Figure A2) Indicator is lit green when power nozzle is turned on. Figure A/Figura A RE E T E T S RE S JAMMED BRUSH ROLL (Figure A3) Indicator is lit red when brush roll is jammed. RESET SWITCH Press red reset switch to restart motor after clearing a blockage.
ACCESSORIES USING CARRY HANDLE To support vacuum and carry when needed, two options are recommended depending on preference: • Place hand under carry handle. (Figure A) • Place hand over carry handle. Turn off vacuum and unplug power cord from outlet. 2. On underside of vacuum, pull out, or cut away, obstructions on the brush roll. (Figure A) 3. Press the reset button on top side of powerhead.
