PROTEX® Products herewith declares that PROEdge™ meets the following specifications:
PROEdge™ is a patented high-density rigid temporary 90˚ corner protection product that is made of multiple
layers of laminated 100% recycled paper and paperboard and 100% bio-degradable and recyclable
adhesives.
PROEdge™ was specifically designed to have a desirable degree of surface smoothness, high flexural
strength and excellent crush and puncture resistance and to be 100% recyclable.

Adhesive: 100% bio-degradable and recyclable
Contains 4 gr/m2 PVA, 9.6 gr/m2 China clay and 0.4 gr/m2 boric and fumaric acid
Internal Bond: Designed to resist delamination
pH: Contains a pH level above 7.0 to ensure no acidity
Moisture: 4 – 8%
Warp / Curl: Not to exceed 1/32” per 12” from flatness
Color Consistency: Reasonably smooth and uniformly consistent
Squareness: +/- 0.3%
