Product Warranty

Warranty:
ProvenPart components are warranted for 90 days from date of purchase. Electrical components
are not warranted for a term of use only, against manufacturing defects. Original Equipment
Manufacturer’s parts carry the specific manufacturer’s warranty. Please consult those
manufacturers for additional details.
Returns:
If you ordered the wrong part, Interstate Supplies and Services will return or exchange the item.
You will be responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive your item, we will be happy to
exchange it for the correct part.
If the item is found to be defective the customer may send the part back for inspection by
Interstate Supplies and Services, if the part is considered to have a material defect Interstate
Supplies and Services on behalf of ProvenPart will send to the customer, at ”no charge”, a
replacement part.
All parts and equipment purchased includes no additional promises being made for technical
service. Item's that “have not been used” or “installed” are returnable with authorization from
Interstate Supplies and Services. All returns must be authorized within 14 days for a refund less
the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping cost covering the items
shipped to the buyer is not refundable for any reason as this was agreed to in the initial sale of
the product and is not part of the actual value of the item in question.
