Enter your Password and click <OK> to enable the computer’s network
functions. Do NOT click the <Cancel> button.
Note:
You must enter a User name and Password to log onto the
network. If you choose <Cancel>, you will be unable to access
network resources.
2. Go to the Network Neighborhood icon. After two or more comput-
ers have logged onto the network, double-click the Network Neighborhood
icon on the Windows desktop to see what shared printers are available. In
the example below, the remote computer, named “Kids’ computer,” is sharing
a printer called “printer.”
3. Double-click to Begin the Installation. Double-click the shared
printer’s Network Neighborhood entry to begin the installation of the remote
printer. If this printer has not been installed previously, the following dialog
box will appear:
