4. Run the Add Printer Wizard. Click the <Yes> button to proceed
with the installation. This will launch the Add Printer Wizard, shown below.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation of the printer.
Also, you should have the printer’s installation CD or diskette(s) available
during the installation. You may be prompted to insert the CD or diskette(s)
if Windows cannot find the appropriate driver files.
5. Confirm that the Printer Has Been Successfully Installed. After
the printer has been successfully installed, go to the Control Panel and click
the Printers icon to confirm that the printer has been added to the list of
available printers, as shown in the example below.
