GENERAL INFORMATION SCOPE This manual provides detailed operating instructions for the PS Engineering PCD7100-I Intercom Systems with integrated Compact Disc (CD) player (p/n 11950, 11951) or CD/MP3 Player (p/n 11956, 11957). Please read it carefully before using the equipment so that you can take full advantage of its capabilities. 1.3.2 IntelliVox® VOX-Squelch No adjustment of the IntelliVox® squelch control is necessary. Through independent signal processors on each microphone, the ambient noise appearing in all microphones is constantly being sampled. Non-voice signals are blocked. When someone speaks, only their microphone circuit opens, placing their voice on the intercom. The system is designed to block continuous tones, therefore people humming or whistling in monotone may be blocked after a few moments.

This will allow the passengers to play the CD while in the Crew mode. 1.4 Operating the internal CD Player The single-disk CD player is designed for simple operation.
