Connections – Connecting To The Internet

14. In the User name, Password and Domain fields, enter the logon information for this
connection, and tap on Finish.
You can begin using the Bluetooth phone connection, for example, to send and receive e-
mail, browse the Internet with Internet Explorer, and so on.
5.33 Connections – Connecting To The Internet
To activate a connection, make certain that any necessary equipment is installed in your
PDA such as a radio.
You’ll need the following information from your ISP to make an internet connection: ISP
server phone number, user name and password.
1. Tap Start>Settings, and then tap on the Connections tab.
2. Tap on the Connections icon.
3. Under My ISP, tap on Add a new modem connection.
Note: In the Connections window the Tasks tab is used to create new connections and man-
age existing ones. The Advanced tab allows you to choose a network. If you need to
change these settings, contact your ISP or network administrator before making
changes.
