3.2 IMAGER & LASER SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS
Important: When equipped with an imager or scanner:
This product is a Class I/Class II LED/laser product
according to CDRH 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11 and
Class1/Class 2 LED /laser product according to IEC
60825-1 2nd edition.
Warnings
For your safety, it is critical that you comply with the
following warnings:
• Caution! Do not look into the laser beam or point the beam at
people or animals.
• Using controls or adjustments, or performing procedures
other than those specified herein may result in hazardous
radiation exposure.
• Using optical instruments with this product will increase
eye hazard.
3.3 BATTERY SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Warning: BATTERIES MUST BE DISPOSED OF SAFELY AND
PROPERLY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL
LEGISLATION. For proper disposal, forward all used
batteries to one of:
