• Choose a command in the drop-down menu.
• Tap on the Execute button to carry out the command.
Services
The Service menu offers a Call Forwarding option for your hand-held. If you choose this
option, it may take a number of seconds for your unit to read the network settings.
To forward all calls:
• Tap in the checkbox next to Forward all calls, and then type the phone number to
which all incoming phone calls will be routed.
To specify when a call will be forwarded, that is:
Forward the call only when it is not answered after a specified number of seconds,
Forward the call when you have identified yourself as ‘unavailable’, or
Forward the call when your unit is busy:
• Tap in the appropriate checkbox, and enter the phone number to which the call will
be routed.
Call Management
The Call Management option only becomes available in the Voi ce menu when at least one
phone call is either On hold or Active. When you choose this command, the currently active
phone call is listed in a dialog box.
