Stop Clustering And Reset Each Access Point In The Cluster
D.2.2 Stop Clustering And Reset Each Access Point In The Cluster
If the previous reboot or reset methods do not solve the problem, do the following to
stop clustering and reset all APs.
1. Stop clustering on each access point in the cluster.
To do this, enter the Stop Clustering URL in the address bar of your
Web browser as follows:
http://IPAddressOfAccessPoint/stop_clustering.cgi
Where
IPAddres0sOfAccessPoint
is the IP address of the access point you
want to stop clustering. You can find the IP addresses for the cluster
members on the Cluster, Access Points page for any of the clustered access
points. We recommend making a note of all IP addresses at this point.
The Stop Clustering page for this access point is displayed.
Click the Stop Clustering button.
Repeat this “stop clustering” step for every access point in the cluster.
Important: Do not proceed to the next step of resetting any access points until
you have stopped clustering on all of them. Make sure that you
first “Stop Clustering” on every access point on the subnet, and
only then perform the next part of the process of resetting each
one to the factory defaults.
