Limited Warranty Important Notice
Thank you for purchasing a Puleo Christmas tree. Our
customer service department will always provide you with
exceptional service during the warranty period.
Registration is required within ninety (90) days of purchase to
activate your warranty and receive customer service. Please
visit our website at puleointl.com. See website for details.
Warranty covers registered product(s) only and applies only to
the original purchaser. Warranty cannot be transferred to
another product or purchaser.
Replacement and/or repair as provided by this warranty is the
exclusive remedy of the consumer and does not place Puleo
International, Inc. liable for any incidental or consequential
damages. Please note in the event of a replacement, Puleo
International, Inc. does not send new trees and/or tree
sections prior to receiving the requested tree and/or section
from the customer. Should Puleo International, Inc. decide to
ship replace product(s) at our discretion, Puleo International,
Inc. will ship at the carrier of their choosing.
To better assist, the SKU number of the purchased artificial
Christmas tree is provided on the original box. Should you
decide to discard the box, save the SKU number of your
artificial Christmas tree needed to assist with any warranty
issues.
Limited Warranty for Incandescent Lights
Puleo International warrants the light sets against
manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship as
outlined below:
1. For a period of two (2) years from date of purchase,
Puleo International, Inc. will replace defective lights on
the product at no charge. Customer is responsible for
shipping & handling.
2. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting
from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or normal wear.
If a light bulb burns out, do not continue to light your tree
until the burnt bulb has been replaced. Continuing lighting
your tree without replacing any burnt bulbs first will shorten
the lifespan of the remaining lit bulbs. Under this warranty,
lights may either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of
customer service.
Limited Warranty for LED Lights
Puleo International warrants the light sets against
manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship as
outlined below:
1. For a period of three (3) years from date of purchase for,
Puleo International, Inc. will replace defective lights on
the product at no charge. Customer is responsible for
shipping & handling.
2. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting
from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or normal wear.
If a light bulb burns out, do not continue to light your tree until
the burnt bulb has been replaced. Continuing lighting your tree
without replacing any burnt bulbs first will shorten the lifespan
of the remaining lit bulbs. Under this warranty, lights may either
be repaired or replaced at the discretion of customer service.

Puleo International warrants this product against
manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship as
outlined below:
1. For a period of five (5) years from date of purchase,
Puleo International, Inc. will replace defective parts on
the product at no charge. Customer is responsible for
shipping & handling.
2. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting
from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or normal wear.
Do not plug in any tree toppers and/or extension cords into the
tree body plugs. This will cause the lights to burn out and
warranty will be voided.
White And Flocked Artificial Christmas Trees
White artificial Christmas trees are not warranted against
yellowing.
Floor Model & Display Artificial Christmas Trees
Floor model and/or display artificial Christmas trees are not
guaranteed under warranty.
