Set Up and Usage Instructions 1. Align handlebars both vertically and horizontally (a) onto handlebar steer tube clamp (b) install handlebar clamp and hardware (c&d) and tighten evenly and securely with the 5mm hex wrench and 10mm wrench. 2. Lift handlebars up and fully insert into the front fork tube. Adjust quick release clamp adjustment nut, but do not over-tighten. Fully close clamp lever. To fold down, reverse this sequence of operations.

Wheels other than genuine Pulse Performance Products™ wheels may not be compatible with your Pulse Performance Products™ scooter. The use of anything other than genuine Pulse Performance Products™ replacement parts may affect your safety and will void your warranty. Safety Tips Loose Parts Check and secure all fasteners before every ride. Make sure the stem tube clamp is tightened properly before riding.
