Installation Guide

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Using scissors, trace the dotted line to cut out the installation template.

2. Place ErgoValveBar on top of trimmed template. Align ErgoValveBar and template.

Using a pen, trace the ErgoValveBar support mounts on the template and

mark the center of each.

3. Position template around your installed mixing valve

and secure with tape (not included) in desired position.

CAUTION: LIVE PLUMBING

4. Drill through tile (only) with a 1/4” diameter masonry or ceramic tile drill bit

and then change to 5/16” drill bit to complete.

5. Insert wall anchors.

6. Insert screws into the mounts and secure to wall.

7. Place ErgoValveBar over mounts and secure with set screws.

Installation completed.

Check local code for proper placement of ErgoValveBar

to meet requirement such as ADA or ANSI 117.1

ERGOVALVEBAR MUST BE MOUNTED

THROUGH SHOWER WALL AND SCREWED

DIRECTLY TO WOOD OR METAL STUD.
