Your compressor is ready for use
Before doing any maintenance or adjustments to your air compressorthe following safety
precautions should be taken

DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL POWER

DRAIN AIR RECEIVER OF AIR PRESSURE

Check oil level

Drain condensation from air receiver tank

Check for any unusual noise or vibration

Be sure all nuts and bolts are tight

Weekly checklist

Clean air filter by opening air filter capReplace air filter if necessary

Check oil level and filling up if necessary

Quarterly or 300 hour checklist

Change compressor oil and filter element

Check condition and alignment of beltflywheel and motor pulley
Adjust belt tension if necessary or replace belt if worn

Check safety valve

Check pressure switch unloads to ensure compressor head unloads
whenever motor shuts down

Clean and blow off pump fins and motor
8-3-6
Inspect air system for leaks by applying soapy water to all jointsTighten joints
if leakages are observed

STORAGE
WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE AIR COMPRESSOR

Set the “on/off” switch to “off” and unplug the cordially,

Be sure to drain the water from the air tank
