TOOLS REQUIRED: Safety Goggles Hacksaw or PVC Cutter Tape Measure Flathead Screwdriver SAFETY INFORMATION: WARNING ALWAYS DISCONNECT POWER TO YOUR PUMP AND RELEASE PRESSURE BEFORE SERVICING.
INSTALLATION: Note: For use in residential sump pump applications only. MAXIMUM 20 PSI. 1. Unplug your pump. 2. Disconnect the pump’s discharge pipe from below your existing check valve. 3. Drain the discharge pipe above the check valve into your basin or a bucket and remove the old check valve. 4. Loosen all four hose clamps on your new check valve. 5. Ensure the spacing between the two discharge pipes is 7 1/4”. Cut the discharge pipe as necessary. 6.
