STEP 1: Download and install the
PumpSpy App from the App Store.
STEP 2: Open the app and create a
new PumpSpy account or login to your
existing PumpSpy account.
STEP 3: Create a new location.
• If you are not already on the “New
Location” page, navigate to “LOCATIONS”
using the bottom navigation bar. Press the
“+” in the top right corner to add a new location. You may use
an existing location if applicable.
• Enter the location information.
• Press “DONE” in the top right corner.
STEP 4: Connect to the PumpSpy Smart Outlet
• Plug your Smart Outlet into the desired AC wall outlet.
• Using a pin or needle, press the WiFi Conguration button
(shown in Image 4) for 3 seconds. Release when the LED ring
turns yellow.
• Return to “HOME” within the PumpSpy App and press the
desired location, then press the “+” in the top right corner to
connect your PumpSpy Smart Outlet.
• Press the green “START” button to begin WiFi setup.
• Press “Join” on the prompt asking to join WiFi Network
“PumpSpy”.
• Select your home WiFi network, manually type in your
network password, then press “Done”.
• An alert message will display stating your PumpSpy Smart
Outlet is connected.
• If you are having trouble connecting your PumpSpy Smart
Outlet, please refer to the manual setup instructions.
STEP 5: Assign the PumpSpy Smart Outlet to a location
• Select your desired location.
• Enter a nickname for your PumpSpy Smart Outlet.
• Press “Done” in the top right corner.
STEP 6: Navigate to your PumpSpy Smart Outlet
information
• On the “HOME” screen within the PumpSpy App, press your
desired location.
• Press the desired PumpSpy device to view its information.
