TROUBLESHOOTING If you are having problems with your humidifier, see if one of the solutions below can resolve the problem before contacting the manufacturer. Problem No mist coming out Solution Power plug: Unplug and then try again. Power failure: When power returns, try again. Tank installation: Ensure tank is attached properly. Dirty ultrasonic disk: Clean disk (see pg. 8) Abnormal mist Excessive water: Pour out extra water. Residue inside tank: Wash tank and try again.
