If there is a group error message, bit 3 of the error status
word is not set!
If a station has failed, the corresponding GP input I/O bytes
on the other stations are automatically reset by the CP 5430
TF/CP 5431 FMS (to value 0). This also applies to the start-up!

Transmission delay in the other station, i.e. the
PLC cycle was faster than the transfer capacity
of the L2 bus (transmitted data of the remote
station could not be fetched quickly enough
by the L2 bus).
Reception delay in the local PLC, i.e. the transfer
capacity of the L2 bus was faster than the PLC
cycle (while the received data was being evaluated
in the local PLC, the L2 bus had supplied new data
data which could no longer be evaluated).
At least one remote station is in the STOP status
GP image is incomplete
(either not all stations have started up
or
at least one station has dropped out)
