This is based on usage and will take place at random. The Purlette system will make an audible sound when it is in autocleaning mode.
RO HYBRID Filter Indicator Light RESET Touch-Button Network Indicator Light NETWORK NETWORK Touch-Button Power-on All indicator lights blink for 5 seconds when the Purlette system is plugged in, signaling that the system is starting. Operation Mode Filter indicator lights will stay lit (non-blinking) while filters are functioning properly. When the service life of a filter expires, the filter indicator light for the expiring filter will begin blinking.

Step 1: Install the three-way feed water ball valve If your pipe connection is 1/2”, the three-way feed water ball valve is 3/8”, but comes with a 1/2” converter for your convenience. Warranty Add 1/2” Converter if Necessary Now install the three-way feed water ball valve. The three way feed water ball valve has a top and a bottom that are threaded nut connectors with a side quick-connect fitting.

Attach the drain saddle to the drain pipe and tighten the two screws.
Introduction Installation How to install an air gap Installation While Purlette can operate without the need for an air gap, your local plumbing code may require one to be installed. Use a Dual Air Gap for Dishwasher and Reverse Osmosis Filters if necessary. Follow the installation instructions that come with your Air Gap or Dual Air Gap.

Read the label carefully before inserting. If a mistake is made, simply remove the locking clip and gently push the quick connector release lock in, near where the tube is attached, with one finger to release the lock and pull the PE tube out. Do not use force.

Introduction Installation How to properly install a partition Installation We recommend the power-supply receptacle for the Purlette system be installed in a cabinet or on a wall adjacent to the undercounter space in which the purifier is to be installed. Troubleshoot Warranty The edges of the opening shall, if the partition is wood, be smooth and rounded, or, if the partition is metal, be covered with an edge protector provided for this purpose by the manufacturer.

Maintenance The Purlette system will enter auto-cleaning mode for 80 seconds. No water will come out from the drinking faucet during this time. Installation Maintenance Safety • If the source of feed water does not meet municipal water standards, including high sediment content and excessive residual chlorine, etc. (e.g. private well water), a pre-treatment device shall be installed before using the system. • The required working pressure of the Purlette system is 15–100 psi. If the water pressure is lower or higher than this, please install pressure boosting device or pressure reducing device accordingly.

Introduction Performance Data PL400G system tested and certified by WQA to NSF/ANSI 58 for cadmium, trivalent chromium, lead, and TDS, and NSF/ANSI 372 for low lead, as verified and substantiated by test data. Installation This system has been tested according to NSF/ANSI 58 for reduction of the substances listed below.
Installation Test Parameters: Temperature, Pressure, Turbidity, TDS, and pH analyses were conducted at WQA’s Performance Laboratory. Chlorine free deionized water was used which has a conductivity of less than or equal to 1μS/cm. Sodium chloride (NaCl) was then added to the test water to achieve a TDS challenge concentration within range. The following conditioning was performed with water: 1-hour flush, 10-hour soak, 1-hour flush, 12-hour soak, 1-hour flush, 7.5-hour soak, then 5 to 10-minute flush.
