System is leaking
System won’t shut off after 3 minutes of
non-use
Drinking water faucet not discharging
water
• System component failure.
• The water leakage detector is triggered.
• Air lock may occur in pipes after lter
replacement or water supply shutdown
during pipe maintenance.
• Failure of the electrical circuit board or
solenoid valve.
• Cut off power and water to the system immediately
and contact customer support.
• Close the three-way feed water ball valve and
disconnect the power supply.
• Inspect the lines and pipes for external leaks, and tilt
the Purlette system to check for internal leaking.
• If leakage is internal, water would drain out from the
base. Please contact our customer support team
and do not try to disassemble and repair the Purlette
system.
• If the leakage is external, repair the leak and drain any
water from base of the system by tilting the system.
• Reset the leakage detector: unplug the power supply,
locate and disconnect the tap water input line (blue
PE tube). Reconnect the water input line to the inlet
port, and plug the power supply back into the
outlet socket.
• Remove air lock: unplug the system power cord
and close the three-way feed water ball valve. Turn on
the kitchen faucet and make sure the water is owing
before reopening the ball valve and plugging in the
system.
• Cut off power and water to the system immediately
and contact customer support.
