Drinking water faucet not discharging
water
• Air lock has occurred in pipes after lter
replacement or water supply shutdown
• The water leakage detector is triggered
• Unplug the system power cord and close the three-
way feed water ball valve.
• Turn on the kitchen faucet and make sure the water
is owing before reopening the water valve and
plugging in the system.
• Shut off the three-way feed water ball valve and
unplug the power cord.
• Inspect the water lines and hoses for external
leakage and tilt the purier to check for internal
leakage. If the leakage is internal, the water would
drain out of the purier base only. Internal leakage is
most often caused by loose connections inside the
Hybrid lter cartridge. Replace the Hybrid Filter and
skip next step.
• If the leakage is found to be external, repair the
leakage and drain any residual water from the base
of the system by tilting the purier.
• After the leakage has been xed, the next step is to
reset the leakage detector. To reset the system leak
detector, rst locate and disconnect the tap water
input line (blue PE tube) from the purier inlet port,
then reinsert in the tap water input line.
