Release the strap and lower the seat from the
stored position. Close the back rest and secure
it with the latches. To store the seat, release the
latches that secure the back rest. Then raise the

Raise the front of the seat and fold it into the

back rest and secure it with the latches.
Helm and Electronics Locker
The helm and engine controls are located on an opening
helm station. The helm station is hinged at the bottom
and opens to provide access to service the helm equip-
ment. A removable panel in the cabin provides access
for installing and servicing the gauges and electronics.
To open the helm station, slide the helm seat back as far
as it will go and unscrew the knobs at the top of the
helm. A strap holds the helm in the open position and
prevents it from opening too far. Always make sure the
helm station clamps are properly secured when the
helm is closed.
ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE HELM STATION KNOBS ARE PROPERLY SECURED
BEFORE OPERATING OR TRANSPORTING YOUR BOAT. IF THE HELM STATION
IS NOT PROPERLY SECURED, IT COULD OPEN UNEXPECTEDLY AND DAMAGE
THE BOAT OR CAUSE LOSS OF CONTROL.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THE HELM BE OPENED WHEN THE
ENGINE(S) ARE RUNNING. IN SOME SITUATIONS IT IS POSSIBLE TO ACCIDEN-
TALLY ENGAGE THE ENGINE SHIFT INTO GEAR AND/OR ADVANCE THROTTLE
CONTROLS AS THE HELM IS OPENING. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF CON-
TROL, DAMAGE TO THE BOAT, AND INJURY TO PASSENGERS.
Note: The power helm seat must be adjusted to the full aft position and the rod locker
bridge deck hatch must be completely closed before opening the helm.
