Basic Operations Resetting *In case the unit does not operate normally, press the [RESET] button with a pointed object to restart the operation when the power of the unit is on. *Pressing the [RESET] button will turn off the power. Radio Operation Press the [MODE/POWER] button repeatedly until radio mode is selected. In case the radio is tuned over 3 hours wih closing the monitor, The unit will be hotter. Troubleshooting guide What might appear to be malfunction in your unit may just be the result of slight misoperation or miswiring. Before calling service, first check the following table for possible problems. Problem Possible Cause The fuse has blown. The power does not turn Nothing happens when the buttons are pressed. The monitor does not open / close. No ACC position on vehicle ignition. The computer chip in the unit is not functioning normally. The parking brake is not engaged.
