Trouble Shooting
Receiver & Microphone Does not connect
If your receiver is showing a red light. It means receiver and microphone not
paired correctly. You need to follow the instruction in below to pair receiver with
microphones.
Turn off both the receiver and the handhold microphone
Press the Power buttons dont release until the it flashing.then quick press
power key again. then the antenna signal flashing . open the receiver within
2 seconds. After finished the paired. The light will turn to blue.
Faint Sound or No sound
Check connections to PA system
Adjust mic volume
Turn on handhold microphone
Check that batteries are installed correctly
If the battery low change batteries
Verify power adapter is plugged securely into the outlet
Check that receiver unit is powered on
Audio Interference, Artifacts, or Dropouts
Identify and remove sources of interference: mobile phones, Wi-Fi access
points, signal processors, electronics, etc
If the battery low change batteries
Move system away from metallic surfaces
Provide line-of-sight from handheld microphone or bodypack to receiver unit
antennas
