Six Pair Speaker Selector Switch
Allows simultaneous operation of up to four pairs of 8ohm or 16ohm speakers,
in any combination. While primarily intended for use with 8ohm and 16ohm
speakers, a switch is provided to insert sufficient resistance to safely operate
4ohm speakers. An amplifier A/B switch allows selection from two different
sources allowing greater flexibility. Progressive impedance circuit ensures that
the amplifier sees a 4ohm or higher load, regardless of speakers selected. This
circuit inserts no resistance when any two pairs are selected, inserts a small
amount when any three or four pairs are selected, and slightly more when five
or all six pairs are selected. This ensures that maximum power is delivered to
the speakers, additional resistance is inserted only when needed. Left and right
channels are fully isolated from each other, allowing compatibility with any type
of amplifier. Thermo-Tek

circuit protects switch and components in the event

Four Pair Speaker Selector Switch

Speaker Distribution Panel
Impedance matching distribution
network is ideal in situations
where numerous pairs of speakers
are to be connected to a single
stereo amplifier. This panel utilizes
a pair of high–powered impedance
matching transformers to allow
loads at less than 1ohm to appear
as an 8ohm load. A ten–position
jumper terminal strip selects the
appropriate multiplier, from x1
through x10, depending upon the
impedance of, and the number of
speakers connected. By doubling the speaker pairs on each output terminal, and selecting the x10 position, a
maximum total of 20 pairs of 8ohm speakers may be connected, and appear as a 4ohm load. The input terminal
pair accepts up to 10AWG wire, and ten pairs of detachable output terminals accept up to 14AWG wire. The
2RU panel is intended to be rack mounted, or may be
located on a shelf, behind equipment. Overall dimensions:

Ten Position Headphone
Selector Box
Ideal for store displays,
