NOTE: You must install the Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) on your computer to enable
using ActiveSync with your Windows Phone. Visit microsoft.com
for more information.
To synchronize data between your Windows Phone and your computer:
1.
If you have not already done so, add the Windows Mobile phone as a Bluetooth device on this
computer (see AddaBluetoothEnabledDevice
).
2.
Double-click the Bluetooth icon in the taskbar notification area. Double-click the icon for the
device, or right-click the icon and select Control.
3.
Under Phone Operations\ ActiveSync, click ActiveSync with the (Device Name) phone.
NOTE: If this option does not display, your Windows Phone may not support syncing using a
Bluetooth connection. Refer to the owner’s manual that came with your phone.
4.
On the Windows Phone, accept the connection, if necessary. The synchronization application starts
on your phone.
