BASIC OPERATIONS

While your radio is in standby, Press the 1. key, the top left corner of LCD will display the " " icon,

then press the key to enter the manual channel programming mode, the channel number will begin

ashing.

Rotate the channel knob until the Channel number displays the channel you would like to remove.2.

Press the 3. key, the top left corner of LCD displays the " " icon, and hold the key until the

transceiver emits a conrmation beep. Your channel has been successfully deleted.

Under frequency mode (VFO), after you have set up your desired frequency and settings (read through 1.

the Function Menu Setup in order to understand how to set your desired frequency settings), Press the

key, the top left corner of LCD will display the " " icon, then press the key to enter the

manual channel programming mode, the channel number will begin ashing.

Rotate the channel knob until the Channel number displays the channel you would like to.2.

Press the 3. key, the top left corner of LCD displays the " " icon, and hold the key until the

transceiver emits the conrmation beep. Your new channel has been programmed successfully.

Note : This process can be used for FM radio channels as well.
