A SICHERHEITSANWEISUNGEN Das Gerät nur dann installieren, wenn die örtlich geltenden bzw. nationalen Vorschriften, Verordnungen und Normen erfüllt sind. Dieses Produkt ist für den Gebrauch als Klimagerät in Wohngebäuden bestimmt, und darf nur in trockener Umgebung, unter normalen Haushaltsverhältnissen, in Wohnräumen, Küchen und in Garagen verwendet werden. Kontrollieren Sie die Netzspannung und Frequenz.
Wenn Sie daran zweifeln, dass das Gerät für die vorhandenen Einrichtungen geeignet ist, müssen Sie die Stromversorgung zum Gerät von einem geprüften Elektriker kontrollieren lassen. • Dieses Gerät wurde gemäß den CE-Sicherheitsnormen hergestellt. D FERNBEDIENUNG G HINWEIS • Richten Sie die Fernbedienung immer auf den Empfänger am Innengerät und achten Sie darauf, dass sich zwischen der Fernbedienung und dem Empfänger am Innengerät keine Gegenstände befinden. In dem Fall würde der Empfänger das Signal nämlich nicht erhalten und dann würde das Klimagerät nicht einwandfrei funktionieren. • Die Fernbedienung funktioniert in einer Entfernung von höchstens 6 bis 7 vom Klimagerät.
i j k l m n o Taste TIMER ON: Wenn Sie auf diese Taste drücken, aktivieren Sie die Zeitfolge für das automatische Einschalten. Jeder Tastendruck erhöht die automatische Zeiteinstellung in Schritten von 30 Minuten. Wenn die Einstellzeit auf 10 Std. steht, erhöht jeder Tastendruck die automatische Zeiteinstellung in Schritten von 60 Minuten. Wenn Sie das TIMER ON Programm löschen wollen. Drücken Sie weiterhin auf die Taste, bis 0.0 angezeigt wird.

G HINWEIS • Wenn die Batterien entfernt werden, löscht die Fernbedienung alle Einstellungen. Nachdem die Batterien gewechselt wurden, muss die Fernbedienung neu programmiert werden. • Verwenden Sie beim Batteriewechsel keine alten Batterien oder Batterien eines anderen Typs. Dies könnte die einwandfreie Funktion der Fernbedienung beeinträchtigen. • Wenn Sie die Fernbedienung mehrere Wochen lang nicht benutzen, müssen Sie die Batterien herausnehmen.

Beispiel: Um das Klimagerät über 2 Stunden auszuschalten und wieder einzustellen nach 10 Stunden. 1. Drücken Sie die TIMER OFF-Taste 2. Drücken Sie erneut die TIMER OFF-Taste bis 2.0h erscheint 3. Drücken Sie die TIMER ON-Taste 4. Drücken Sie erneut die TIMER ON-Taste bis 10.0h erscheint 5. Warten Sie eine Sekunde und das digitale Display zeigt die Temperatur wieder an. Die Timer ON OFFAnzeige erlischt und die Schaltuhreinstellung ist aktiviert.
F OPTIMALER BETRIEB Damit das Gerät optimal funktioniert, sollten Sie folgende Punkte beachten: • Stellen Sie die Richtung des Luftstroms richtig ein und zwar so, dass er nicht direkt auf Personen gerichtet ist. • Stellen Sie die Temperatur so ein, dass sie optimal angenehm ist. Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht auf außergewöhnliche Temperaturen ein. • Schließen Sie Türen und Fenster, denn sonst verringert sich möglicherweise die erwünschte Wirkung.
G H VORSICHT • Die Luftrichtungs und Schrägstellungstasten können nicht betätigt werden, wenn das Klimagerät nicht in Betrieb ist (selbst wenn die Schaltuhr auf EIN steht). • Betreiben Sie das Klimagerät im Kühl oder Entfeuchtungsbetrieb nicht längere Zeit mit nach unten gerichtetem Luftstrom. Anderenfalls könnte Kondensierung auf den waagerechten Lamellen auftreten, wodurch Flüssigkeit heruntertropfen würde. • Bewegen Sie die waagerechten Lamellen nicht von Hand.

Reinigen des Innengeräts und der Fernbedienung Verdünner G Filtergriff VORSICHT • Reinigen Sie das Innengerät und die Fernbedienung mit einem trockenen Lappen. • Wenn das Innengerät stark verschmutzt ist, kann ein mit kaltem Wasser angefeuchteter Lappen verwendet werden. • Die vordere Verkleidung des Innengeräts kann abgenommen und mit Wasser gereinigt werden.
9. Setzen Sie den oberen Teil des Luftfilters wieder in das Gerät. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass linker und rechter Rand richtig sitzen und bringen Sie den Filter in die richtige Position. Wartung Wenn Sie vorhaben, das Gerät längere Zeit nicht zu benutzen, gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor: 1. Betätigen Sie das Gebläse etwa 6 Stunden lang, damit das Innere des Geräts trocken wird. 2. Schalten Sie das Klimagerät aus und trennen Sie es von der Stromquelle.
J BEDIENUNG Während des normalen Betriebs kann Folgendes eintreten. 1. Schutzvorrichtung des Klimageräts Kompressorschutz • Der Kompressor kann nach dem Anhalten 3 Minuten lang nicht anlaufen. Anti-Kaltluft • Das Gerät ist so ausgelegt, dass es im Heizbetrieb keine Kaltluft abbläst, wenn sich der Wärmetauscher des Innengeräts in einer der folgenden drei Situationen befindet und der Temperatur-Sollwert noch nicht erreicht ist. A. wenn der Heizbetrieb gerade begonnen hat. B. beim Abtauen. C.
6. Das Klimagerät schaltet vom Kühl- oder Heizbetrieb auf den Nur-Gebläse-Betrieb um. • Wenn die Innentemperatur den Temperatur-Sollwert des Klimageräts erreicht, hält der Kompressor automatisch an und das Klimagerät schaltet auf Nur-Gebläse-Betrieb um. Der Kompressor läuft wieder an, wenn die Innentemperatur im Kühlbetrieb über den Sollwert ansteigt oder im Heizbetrieb unter den Sollwert sinkt. 7.
K FEHLERSUCHE UND ABHILFE Fehlfunktionen und Lösungen G STÖRUNG Wenn eine der folgenden Störungen auftritt, müssen Sie das Klimagerät unverzüglich ausschalten. Trennen Sie es von der Stromquelle und wenden Sie sich an Ihren Händler. • Die Sicherung brennt häufig durch oder der Sicherungsautomat schaltet das Gerät häufig aus. • Eindringen von Fremdgegenständen oder Wasser in das Klimagerät. • Die Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht oder nicht normal. • Eine andere ungewöhnliche Situation.

G AJUSTE DE LA DIRECCIÓN DEL CAUDAL DE AIRE • Ajuste la dirección del caudal de aire correctamente, de lo contrario puede sentirse incómodo y tener una temperatura no homogénea. • Ajuste la aleta horizontal con el botón en el mando a distancia. • Ajuste la aleta vertical manualmente. Palanca Ajuste de la dirección del caudal de aire horizontal (izquierda-derecha) El aire acondicionado ajusta automáticamente la dirección del caudal de aire hor zontal en función del modo de funcionamiento activado.

Mantenimiento Si se va a dejar la unidad inactiva durante un largo período de tiempo, proceda como sigue: 1. Deje el ventilador en funcionamiento durante aproximadamente 6 horas para que la unidad se seque por la parte interior. 2. Apague el aire acondicionado y desconéctelo de la red eléctrica. Si utiliza el modelo S(C)5148, interrumpa el suministro eléctrico. Saque las pilas del mando a distancia. 3. La unidad exterior debe ser sometida periódicamente a mantenimiento y limpieza.
• El tiempo de descongelación varía de 4 a 10 minutos según la temperatura exterior y la cantidad de escarcha acumulada en la unidad exterior. 2. Salida de condensado blanco de la unidad interior. • En el modo de REFRIGERACIÓN, es posible que salga condensado blanco debido a la diferencia de temperatura entre el aire de entrada y de salida en un local con una humedad ambiente elevada.
10. Detección de fugas de refrigerante • Este equipo de aire acondicionado incluye un sistema de detección de fugas de refrigerante. Cuando la unidad exterior detecta la escasez de refrigerante, el equipo de aire acondicionado detiene su funcionamiento y la unidad interior muestra la alarma EC en pantalla. Si su unidad emite esta alarma, no reinicie el equipo de aire acondicionado y póngase en contacto con su proveedor.
K LOCALIZACIÓN DE AVERÍAS Problemas y Soluciones G FALLO Pare el aire acondicionado inmediatamente si se presenta uno de los siguientes fallos. D OPERATION WITH REMOTE CONTROL G G NOTE! • Always aim the remote controller towards the receiver on the indoor unit and make sure there are no obstacles in between the remote control and the receiver on the indoor unit. Otherwise the remote control signal will not be picked up by the receiver and the air conditioner will not work properly. • The maximum distance at which the remote control will work is approximately 6 to 7 meters.
g Swing Button: Press the SWING button to activate the swing feature. Push the button again to stop. h Air direction Button: Press this button to change the swing angle of the louver. The swing angle of the louver is 6o for each press. When the louver swings at a certain angle which would affect the cooling and heating effect of the air conditioner, it would automatically change the swing direction. No symbol will appear in the display area when press this button.

E MANUAL OPERATION (WITHOUT REMOTE) How to operate your unit without the remote control. In the event that your remote control fails to work, your unit can be operated manually with the MANUAL CONTROL button located on the indoor unit. Note that manual operation is not a long-term solution, and that operating the unit with your remote control is strongly recommended. 3. Low noise of the air conditioner. • You may hear a low hissing sound when the compressor is running or has just stopped running. This sound is the sound of the refrigerant flowing or coming to a stop. • You can also hear a low “squeak” sound when the compressor is running or has just stopped running. This is caused by heat expansion and cold contraction of the plastic parts in the unit when the temperature is changing.

Manutenzione Se si intende lasciare il climatizzatore inutilizzato per un lungo periodo, procedere come segue: 1. Attivare la ventola per circa 6 ore in modo da asciugare l’interno dell’apparecchio. 2. Spegnere l’apparecchio e scollegarlo dalla rete di alimentazione. Nel caso in cui venga usato il modello S(C)5148, interrompere l’alimentazione. Togliere le batterie dal telecomando. 3. L’unità esterna necessita di manutenzione e di puliture da effettuare con regolarità.

Vapore bianco che fuoriesce dall’unità interna. • La fuoriuscita di vapore bianco dall’apparecchio è indice di una notevole differenza di temperatura fra l’aria aspirata e l’aria emessa, ciò si verifica nella modalità REFRIGERAZIONE ed in un ambiente ove è presente un tasso elevato di umidità relativa.

D WERKEN MET AFSTANDSBEDIENING G LET OP • Richt de afstandsbediening altijd op de signaalontvanger van de binnenunit en zorg ervoor dat zich geen obstakels bevinden tussen de afstandsbediening en de ontvanger. Als dat wel het geval is kan het signaal van de afstandsbediening niet worden opgevangen en werkt de airconditioner niet goed. • De afstandsbediening werkt tot op een maximale afstand van ongeveer 6 tot 7 meter.
h Luchtrichting “AIR DIRECTION” Knop: Druk op deze knop om de stand van de lamel te wijzigen. De lamel verandert 6 graden van positie bij iedere druk op de knop. Als de lamel in een bepaalde stand staat, waarbij deze het koelings- of verwarmingseffect van de airconditioner zou beïnvloeden, wordt de positie van de lamel automatisch veranderd. Er verschijnt geen symbool op het schermpje wanneer op deze knop wordt gedrukt.

G LET OP • Wanneer de batterijen verwijderd zijn, wist de afstandsbediening alle programma’s. Na het vervangen van de batterijen, moet de afstandsbediening opnieuw geprogrammeerd worden. • Wanneer u batterijen vervangt dient u geen oude batterijen of batterijen van een ander type te gebruiken. Hierdoor kan de afstandsbediening slecht gaan functioneren. • Als u de afstandsbediening gedurende enkele weken niet gaat gebruiken kunt u beter de batterijen verwijderen.
G LET OP! Vanwege het verschil tussen de ingestelde temperatuur van de unit en de werkelijke binnentemperatuur zal de airconditioner in de modus Drogen regelmatig automatisch inschakelen, zonder de modus Koelen en Ventileren te laten werken. Regeling van de TIMER Druk op de “TIMER ON/OFF” knop (i en j) om de “aan” en “uit” tijd van de unit in te stellen. De effectieve, met de afstandsbediening ingestelde werkingstijd voor de timer functie is beperkt tot een periode van 0,5 tot minder dan 24 uur. 1.

De TIMER ON OFF indicator zal blijven branden en de functie is ingeschakeld. G LET OP! • Als de ingestelde tijd voor STARTEN en STOPPEN hetzelfde is, wordt de stoptijd automatisch een half uur (de ingestelde tijd geeft minder dan 10 uur aan) of een uur (de ingestelde tijd geeft 10 uur of meer aan) later.
F OPTIMALE WERKING Om uw apparaat optimaal te laten functioneren dient u op het volgende te letten: • Stel de richting van de luchtstroom zo in dat deze niet rechtstreeks op personen is gericht. • Stel de temperatuur in die voor u het meest comfortabel is. Stel de unit niet in op overdreven hoge of lage temperaturen. • Sluit deuren en ramen omdat anders het gewenste effect misschien niet wordt bereikt.
WAARSCHUWING • De knoppen “AIR DIRECTION” en “SWING” werken niet wanneer de airconditioner af staat (ook wanneer de “TIMER ON” is ingesteld). • Laat de airconditioner nooit lange tijd in de koel- of droogstand werken met de luchtstroom naar omlaag gericht. Als u dit toch doet kan er condensvorming ontstaan op de vericale lamel, waardoor er water kan lekken. • Beweeg de verticale lamel niet met de hand. Gebruik altijd de “AIR DIRECTION” knop of de “SWING” knop .

Onderhoud Wanneer de unit gedurende langere tijd niet gebruikt wordt dient u de volgende handelingen te verrichten: 1. Laat de Ventilator ongeveer 6 uur aan staan om de binnenkant van de unit te drogen. 2. Schakel de unit uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact. In geval van model S(C)5148 , onderbreek de stroomtoevoer. Haal de batterijen uit de afstandsbediening. 3. De buitenunit moet regelmatig worden onderhouden en worden schoongemaakt.

K STORINGEN VERHELPEN Storingen en Oplossingen G PROBLEEM Zet bij een van de volgende problemen de airconditioner onmiddellijk uit en schakel de stroom uit. Neem contact op met uw leverancier. • Zekering slaat steeds door of de hoofdschakelaar springt regelmatig op “uit”. • Er is water of een andere vloeistof in de airconditioner gelopen. • De afstandsbediening werkt niet of niet goed. • Andere abnormale situaties.

VEDITE Daljinski upravljalec hranite na mestu kjer njegov signal še lahko doseže sprejemnik na notranji enoti.
