CAUTION: To Be Used Only With Leading Edge 48” and 56”, 120 Volt Ceiling Fans. Will Cause
Damage To Other Fans.

WARNING: DISCONNECT POWER SUPPLY
BEFORE WIRING CONNECTIONS ARE MADE TO
PREVENT POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL SHOCK OR
DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
WARNING: READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH
INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN FIRE, ELEC-
TRICAL SHOCK, INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR
DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
1. All wiring should conform to the National Electrical
Code and local regulations.
2. Do not mount in an area which will allow the control
to come in contact with moisture.
3. Make certain the entire installation is grounded as a
precaution against possible electrical shock.
4. Do not exceed maximum amperage rating of the
control as overloading can result in damage to
ceiling fan and control.
5. The control is designed to control FAN ONLY.
6. DO NOT CONNECT LEADS ACROSS LINE.
Be sure that 1 wire in switch box goes to the motor
and the other goes to the line power. See diagram
#4.

NOT connect more than one fan to one Control. Control
is rated 1 AMP.
MODEL 12005N Use only TWO fans per Control. Even
though control is rated at 5 AMPS, DO NOT connect
more than TWO Fans to ONE Control.
