This chapter provides basic information about the QNAP TS-x53D NAS.
About TS-x53D
The TS-x53D is powered by an Intel® Celeron® quad-core 2.0 GHz NAS with 2.5 GbE connectivity with
burst up to 2.7 GHz. In addition to the two built-in 2.5 GbE ports, the TS-x53D supports QNAP networking
adapters. It features three USB 2.0 ports and two USB 3.2 Generation 1 ports. The TS-x53D is available in
2-drive bay, 4-drive bay, and 6-drive bay models that support multi-cloud backup, cloud storage gateways,
4K HDMI output, and real-time transcoding.
